After tipping the apples into the silo, they get washed and sortet before they get mashed into the pomace. Here you can see how it works.

We pump the pomace into presses where we squeeze it out with high pressure. The apple juice is stored steril in big tanks. After processing we dry the pomace and give it to pektine factory. 

At the end of 2013 a local TV channel was at the Lake Constance and reportet about Stockach. We had the honor to represent the industrial part of Stockach (German).
